With the aim of creating an exchange activity for students with disabilities, FGCDC organized a Life Skills festival with the participation of around 100 students in some centers in Hue.

“We Ring the Bell” is a yearly campaign of Liliane and RCI Vietnam in which children with disabilities speak up for their right to education.

Since May 2019, Ms. Shimizu Sayuri, a JICA volunteer, has started to work at Future School. In addition to assisting teachers in teaching for group of students with severe disabilities, Ms. Sayuri also assisted the teachers in organizing many interesting motor activities during break time. Together with FGCDC's team, Ms. Sayuri had shared teaching experiences and methods to support children with our teachers during our teacher training activities.

With the support of Liliane Fonds - RCI, 44 children with disabilities has been partly financed the school fee and treatment fee. In the last quarter, the FGCDC has supported RCI to carry out a several activities such as the research on "Transition from childhood to adulthood of children with disabilities in Vietnam" and "Photovoice 2019".

The Future School has started the new school year 2019 - 2020 in August 2019. In this school year, the school has recruited 10 new students in the total of 61 students aged from 6 to 28 with a wide range of intellectual disabilities.
