In order to improve the learning environment and facilities for people with disabilities, in recent times, with the enthusiastic support of manpower and finances of the Project Vietnam Inc (PVI)(Australia ), we have renovated 02 early Intervention centre for children with disabilities which are called Tam Thai Centre and Ngo Thoi Nham Centre; and refurbish the Thrift shop into: the Reproductive Health Centre for people with disabilities and Thrift Shop.

Besides the construction program, the PVI also support us in the used glasses and hearing aids program. Many used glasses will be donated to poor people in the conjunction of OGCDC and some Hospitals and Clinics in Hue city. We would like to express our sincere thanks to the invaluable support of the PVI and the efforts of 26 volunteers for their enthusiastic support to complete this project.
